A partner and founder of LOCAL Resident Realty, Beth brings a wealth of knowledge to the group with her extensive experience in real estate, home design, and community-building.
From 2011 to 2017, Beth served as a partner at Pickaperch, where she and Amy doubled sales year over year and became one of the top-ranked groups in Lake Highlands, Texas, securing more than $40 million in sales volume in 2016. By leveraging her sales background, acute design sense, and title industry experience, Beth has become adept at helping clients to maximize equity when selling a home. One of her biggest strengths is handling the pre-market preparation, a critical step that Beth takes to the next level.
Within the industry, Beth is a graduate of the state-renowned Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and has served on several committees at MetroTex Association of Realtors®.
Outside of her real estate career, Beth is a committed philanthropist with a charitable background that extends to local Lake Highlands and the Greater Dallas communities. In 2006, Beth became a Big Sister for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of North Texas, volunteering for five years. Since then, she has also chaired the Chi Omega Christmas Market, where she raised almost $300,000 for Dallas area nonprofits.
In Lake Highlands, Beth serves on the PTA board for Northlake Elementary and is a devoted advocate for the school. She is also a founder and board member for 100 Women of Lake Highlands. This organization has donated over $500,000 to the Lake Highlands community since its inception in 2016.
She is the mother to two handsome boys and enjoys tennis, running, cycling, and training at The Gym-Lake Highlands in her spare time.
