As Partner and one of the Founders of LOCAL Resident Realty, LLC. Beth brings a wealth of knowledge to the group with her extensive real estate, home design, and community background. Former Partner of pikeperch from 2011-2017 Beth and Amy doubled sales each year and were one of the top-ranked groups in Lake Highlands, Texas with over $40 million in sales volume in 2016. Beth brings a sales background and experience in the title industry to the team, along with a strong design sense that has helped their clients to maximize equity when selling a home. The pre-market preparation is an important part of the selling process and one Beth takes to the next level.
 
Beth is also dedicated to both the LOCAL Lake Highlands community and the Greater Dallas community. Her charitable background started in 2006 as a Big Sister for Big Brothers/Big Sisters of North Texas where she served for 5 years. Since then, she chaired the Chi Omega Christmas Market in 2013 and raised almost $300,000 for Dallas area nonprofits. Within the real estate industry, Beth is a graduate of the state-renowned Texas Realtors® Leadership Program and has served on several committees at MetroTex Association of Realtors®. In Lake Highlands, Beth serves on the PTA board for Northlake Elementary and is a huge advocate for her school on a LOCAL level. She is also a founder and board member for 100 Women of Lake Highlands who has donated over $500,000 to the Lake Highlands community since its inception in 2016 and she also served as a tutor for Forerunner Mentoring. She is the mother of two handsome boys and enjoys tennis, running, cycling, and training at The Gym-Lake Highlands in her spare time.
